Seahaven Poets 2026 Competition
We will hold our prize giving between 4.30 and 5.30pm on the 14th of March, at the Hillcrest Centre in Newhaven.
We will invite our winners, and those whose poems are high commended and commended, to come and read those poems on the day – we’d love it if you could. If you aren’t able to attend, the Judges will read these entries on your behalf.
We welcome all entrants to come and read their poems, regardless. If you would like to read your entry at prize-giving, please come and put your name on the list.
Fun Competition
We will also announce the winner of our fun competition at prize-giving.
The winner will be invited to read their poem, and will receive the contents of the donation tin.
The more entries, the better the prize. We hope you will be inspired and get scribbling on the 14th!
Details of how to enter, and what to write, will be released on the 14th at the Hillcrest Centre, to avoid giving anyone an unfair advantage!
