Wealden Writers are Hailsham and the surrounding area’s oldest established writing group, and take part in Hailsham Festival each year to showcase their work, host talks given by visiting writers, and have contact with other Sussex Writing groups.
Wealden Writers also explore all forms of writing and poetry, visit inspirational places during the spring and summer, hold and encourage regular participation in competitions and much much more.
Wealden Writers meet on the first Friday of the month at The Gospel Mission Hall, in Station Road, Hailsham, from 2 to 4pm
